Head Coach
Tom McKiver is a NSCA certified personal trainer with a Masters in Sports Science who takes his experience in Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, and athletic development to provide a training experience that teaches YOU to move with QUALITY, EFFICIENCY, STRENGTH and CONFIDENCE. No stone is left unturned, whether it is mobility, strength or endurance. He takes pride in teaching as well as training to provide YOU with the tools to become independent with your fitness journey.
